Shipping policy

We at Mason's Pomade want to make sure you receive your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. That's why we ship all our products through trusted carriers like USPS Priority® or UPS Ground (depending on whether the items contain alcohol).

Once you've placed an order, we'll ship it out within 1-3 business days. If, for any reason, your order is stolen or goes missing in transit, we will immediately notify the carrier we shipped through to review and investigate the matter. We'll then work with the carrier to ensure that your item/s are reshipped as soon as possible.
